Easter Sunday

On Easter Sunday we went to Amy's ward for the blessing of Jordan Charlotte van den Eikhof. My mom made her silk gown and did an incredible job. She looked adorable and so did the whole family. After the blessing, we went to Amy's house for lunch then we headed to my parents ward where my dad, Bishop Hugo Haselhuhn was released as Bishop. He served for 5 1/2 years and his time was up. It was a bitter sweet day for him. We went to my parents for Easter dinner where we had salmon. It was delicious unfortunately there were a few who didn't like or eat salmon. After that we headed home and got stuck in horrific traffic. A life flight helicopter took someone away while ambulances took others away. It was a sad crash site. Sydney was pooped by the end of the trip as it shows on our drive home.
