The first leg of Ragnar

The first leg of our run, we ran in Corona.  It was about 92 degrees, but the heat index was 101 degrees.  It was blistering hot.  I ran 5.0 miles and was super hot.  We cheered our runners on, and got our gangsta look on with Amy & Mimi.  After the run, we all cooled off with a sweet treat.  I picked a ice cream cookie sandwich, which really hit the spot.  One leg down, two to go.  Now we need to rest up for the next one.
