The third and final leg of Ragnar

Our third and final leg started in La Jolla, along the beach.  Sueanne ran most of her leg along the beach.  My last leg was along Mission Bay in San Diego.  I had to run 1 mile up hill 308 feet.  I was super tired and hot from the uphill run.  I ran 6.44 miles in 1:11hours.  My pace was 11:10, which I was not happy with but with my uphill climb, it was the best I could do. As I handed off the bracelet, I ran in with a smile on my face.  I was so happy to have finally finished and not have to run another leg.  I had a bit of a problem with a sunscreen stick, and I have stripes on my chest and shoulders.  Next time I'll bring the spray sunscreen.
