SBC outing

For my book club this month, we went to downtown Sac and listened to a local author talk about her new book at the Sac Library Gallery. When we walked into the large room I realized I had already visited this building 18 years ago for my Senior Prom.  Fun memories came flooding back.

We listened to the author discuss her book and read a portion of it. It sounded so good that I had to buy a copy and afterwards have her personally sign it. 

Afterwards we went to Cafeteria 15L for a bite to eat and then we went to Ricks Dessert Diner. It was a nice change from the standard book club night and it was a lot of fun...especially hanging out with my dear friends.
