When is Fall coming?

Seriously?! This weather is starting to get to me. I know the weather doesn't really change to fall until a few days before Halloween, but this heat is pretty ridiculous. I'm so ready for this heat to change to at least the 80's. I want to wear my pants and start layering. Is that too much to ask? Apparently.
